  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Fettle, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded from entry.
  • One entry permitted per person.

 

  1. How to Enter
  • Entry is free of charge.
  • To enter, register via Fettle’s website form. By registering and entering you agree to receive Fettle’s newsletter.
  • To enter without receiving marketing messages, you can enter via post. Please send a postcard with your full name, postal address, email, and telephone number to: Fettle Bike Repair, Senna Building, Gorsuch Pl, London E2 8JF.
  • Postal entries must be received by the closing date once announced to be valid.

 

  1. Promotion Period
  • The prize draw will close once the minimum number of valid entries has been received.
  • Fettle reserves the right to announce the closing date on its website and social media channels once this threshold is met.

  • No cash alternative or substitute prize is available.
  • In the event of circumstances beyond Fettle’s control, the company reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

 

  1. Winner Selection and Notification
  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
  • The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the draw.
  • The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within the given timeframe, another random draw will be conducted to select a new winner.
